Joseph N. Impastato, II President and Chief Executive Officer

Impastato has had the lead role in the development of global Human Capital Management ("HCM"), hiring management (Applicant Tracking) and I-9 compliance software platforms for businesses of all sizes.

Impastato is focused on defining, designing, building, integrating and managing complex systems and pragmatically optimizing applications to solve human resource recruitment issues. Impastato has developed and established a track record in the application and integration of innovative software solutions that have always operated on the forefront of new technologies. He has earned a reputation for effectively incorporating major new technologies into clients' enterprises in a manner, which consistently reduces costs, automates all areas of recruitment, reduces paper work, increases efficiency and accelerates time to hire, while reducing turnover, improving retention and reducing compliance risks.

Impastato has a Master of Business Administration degree from University of Detroit Mercy and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Michigan State University in East Lansing, Michigan. Impastato has also been educated at universities abroad which include: The University of New South Wales (Australia), Oxford University (England) and through the Michigan State University International Management program in Europe.
