1.         Our Commitment to Privacy
Your privacy is important to i9 Advantage LLC (“i9 Advantage”).  To protect the privacy of visitors (“you”) to the i9 Advantage web site at i9advantage.com (the “Site”), i9 Advantage (“we/us”) has developed this Privacy Policy (“Policy”) explaining our online information practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used.  To make this Policy easy to find, we make it available in the footer of every web page on the Site and at every point where personally identifiable information may be requested.  Please read below for more specific information on the type of information that we collect and how we use it.

2.         Types of Information We Collect and How We Use It
This section of our Policy describes in detail the type of information that we collect.  The personally-identifying information collected through the Site is voluntarily submitted by you.  We do not sell to third parties any of the information provided by you.  In addition to this Policy, please note the Site Terms of Use and please also be aware that separate policies and terms apply to those who purchase i9 Advantage services.

Promotions/Updates.  i9 Advantage may offer to you, through a designated link on the Site, the opportunity to subscribe to receive periodic promotional or informational emails relating to i9 Advantage’s services or related legislative or industry developments.  i9 Advantage will retain your email address and name submitted by you to i9 Advantage through the subscription process for purposes of sending you the promotional emails and for tracking email recipient information.  All such promotional or informational emails will contain an opt-out option whereby the recipient can choose to opt-out of receiving all such future emails to the submitted recipient email address.  i9 Advantage will not sell or otherwise share your email address and name to third parties.

Contact Us.  If you choose to contact us through the Site, we collect your name, email address, company name, telephone number, a general category of reason for your contacting us, and the contents of your message.  We use the information obtained when you contact us through the “Contact Us” link to process and respond to your suggestion or customer service request.  We may respond to you by phone or email, depending on the information you choose to submit.  We may also use this information to improve our products and services, but we will not share or sell your information to third parties.  In accordance with our Site Terms of Use, we also reserve the right to use your name and comments in promotional material for i9 Advantage.

Demo Request.   If you would like to request a demonstration of i9 Advantage’s services, you may do so through the Site by completing the fields accessible through the “Request Demo” link.  Through those fields, we collect your name, email address, company name, number of employees, your phone number, and your state.  This information is collected for purposes of contacting you and for appropriately setting up the requested demonstration.  This information is not shared with or sold to third parties.

3.         Other Information Collected
Third Party Links and Web sites.  We may from time to time contract with advertisers or other third parties who place information, advertisements, or other promotional material or links on our Site.  If you click on an advertisement or other link provided by a third party and leave our Site, whether through a link or through visiting another web site framed within our Site, you are subject to the privacy policies of these advertisers or other third parties.  We do not have responsibility for or access to the information collected by these third parties.

Internet Protocol Address and Aggregate Information.  We may collect and use this information to improve our Site based upon usage patterns derived from this information.  We do not sell or share this information with third parties.

Cookies.  A cookie is a small removable data file that is stored by your web browser on your computer.  Cookies allow us to enhance and personalize your online experience.  You can choose to have your computer warn you each time a cookie is being sent or you can choose to turn of all cookies.  You do this through your browser (e.g., Netscape Navigator or Internet Explorer) settings.

5.         Changing Your Information
In the event that you have subscribed to i9 Advantage email updates and would like to change the address to which such email updates are sent, we suggest that you first opt-out of receiving promotional emails by following the opt-out directions included with each email you receive.  You may then return to the i9 Advantage Site, click on the appropriate link, and subscribe using your preferred email address.

6.         Changes to Our Privacy Policy
We reserve the right to change our Policy from time to time.  Any changes to our Policy will be effective and applicable upon change of our Policy as accessible through the Site.
